Do you offer Free Shipping? 

No, at the moment we do not offer free shipping, but follow us on our social media accounts and we will offer free shipping randomly on some days.  

 

How long does the Gooby Shipping for $3.99 take to be delivered? 

The $3.99 shipping takes 2-3 days from the shipping date to be delivered at your door. (USPS is experiencing delays because of COVID-19)

 

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3-4 business days to process your order (Business days are Monday- Friday excluding holidays). Once your order is processed we do our best to ship the next business day. 

 

Does Priority Shipping mean I will get my order in 2-3 days? 

No, Priority shipping is how long the USPS takes to deliver your order. Priority shipping does not eliminate the processing time of 3-4 business days. 

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship in the U.S and also offer International shipping.

 

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping varies. We do not charge a flat rate, instead shipping is calculated based on the weight and destination of your package. To get a shipping quote please add the desired items to your cart and proceed to check out. Once at checkout you will be asked for your shipping address, then you will be provided with shipping rates.

Your order can also qualify for "Gooby Shipping" if it's a domestic order of $25 or more before shipping is included. You can get an awesome shipping rate of $3.99 by using the Gooby Shipping. 

 

I received my package but its damaged. What do I do?

If your package is damaged please contact us using any of our contact information to reach us. We will ask for photographs of the damaged package. Once we receive the photographs we will open a claim and do everything we can to keep you satisfied.  

 

I put the wrong address and it was sent back to sender. What happens? 

If you put the wrong address at checkout it will be sent back to us for insufficient address. Please send us an email to let us know. Orders that get sent back to us will be refunded 1/2 of the total (excluding shipping price). The customer will only be refunded for 1/2 of the total because that order sent back goes in the trash. Shipping is non-refundable. Please make sure to put the correct address at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order free of charge ONLY if it has passed the processing time frame and it has not shipped out. If your order has not passed the 4th business day orders cannot be cancelled. All sales are final. 

 

Can I return or exchange?

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you have questions about a product please contact us.
